Payment Information
- A deposit of $1,075 per booth must accompany application. Balance is due October 3, 2005. Space will not be allocated without receipt of deposit. Payment may be made by check, money order, wire transfer or credit card.
- On cancellations received on or before September 1, 2005, all sums, less a service charge of 20% of the total booth cost, will be returned to the exhibitor. On cancellations received after September 1, no refunds will be made.
- Payment in full due on all applications received after September 1, 2005
