Insure a choice location by reserving your space early! Although reservations will be accepted after the following deadlines, exhibitors returning a completed application and deposit on or before these dates will benefit from a myriad of added-value marketing opportunities. • Reserve your booth before this date and have your exhibitor profile appear in the 2005 MRS Fall Meeting Preview Issue (October 2005) of MRS Bulletin
• Advertising deadline for Preview Issue (October 2005) of MRS Bulletin
• Submittal deadline for Research Tools Seminar proposal

October 3

• Remaining balance due for booth space
• Exhibitors returning applications and symposium choices before this date will be included in the Program & Exhibit Guide, increasing awareness of your products and services
• Advertising deadline for At-Meeting Issue (November 2005) of MRS Bulletin (distributed at meeting)
• Advertising deadline for Program & Exhibit Guide (distributed at meeting)
• Deadline for event sponsorship participants to be included in meeting publications and signage

November 1

• Deadline for receipt of electronic files from sponsor banner participants
