MRS Policy on Recording Technical Data and Presentations
Recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions,
workshops, tutorials, etc. Without the written consent of MRS and the individual
authors is strictly prohibited. Recording (video, still photography, etc.) of posters
for the intent of capturing data is prohibited. Photographs are permitted during
the poster sessions, but only with the permission and in the presence of the
author. MRS reserves the right to any audio and video production of
presentations at all MRS events. |
