International Opportunities in Materials Research

This seminar is aimed at encouraging closer collaboration between MRS
scientists worldwide, and providing information about collaborative research
programs run jointly by funding organizations from different parts of the
world.
Presentations by representatives from Asia, South America, the European Union,
and the USA will provide attendees with information on the scientific areas on which
their respective funding organizations focus; the mutual benefits derived from each
international program; the budgets allocated for such programs; the fundamental requirements
for submitting an eligible proposal; and the costs considered eligible.
